Co-ed Cheese and Crackers Ride

Do you like riding bikes? Are you tired of winter? Do you want to meet some new people? Do you like cheese? (rhetorical question). If the answer to these questions are somewhere between "maybe" and "heck yes", then join us for the April Cheese and Crackers Coed Bike Ride!

Now that most of the snow is mostly gone, we will be switching to a road/gravel/sand bike ride. The ride starts at Bartlett High (west side parking lot) and we will be riding the pathway towards Eagle River to the Eagle River Loop Road and back (15 miles round trip). If we have a group that wants to do a bit of longer/faster ride we will add a spur up Arctic Valley Road to the start of the gravel (an additional 6 miles round trip). Afterwards, join your hosts for cheese and crackers and socializing. Because who doesn't like cheese???

The ride will start at 6:30 pm but please show up ahead of time to fill out a waiver form. For many of us it has been a while since we have ridden our summer bikes, so this is a good time to dust them off and make sure that they are in good working shape. See your friendly Trek Bicycle Store of Anchorage for all your maintenance needs.

Adults of all levels are welcome. Helmets are mandatory. We hope to see you there!

Please note: To make ALL participants feel welcome, comfortable, and safe, we ask that riders leave their dogs at home for this evening. Thank you for your understanding.
